Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)Public Procurement / Government Procurement Certification – experience with national public procurement rules, e-GP, tender evaluation and contract award procedures.International Procurement / Competitive Bidding Training – RFP/RFQ/EOI, international competitive bidding, bid evaluation and donor-funded procurement.Contract Management & Administration Certification – preferably World Bank, ADB, FIDIC or equivalent training.FIDIC Contract Management / FIDIC Certified Contract Manager or equivalent training.Project Management Professional (PMP®) or equivalent project-management certification.
