● Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

● Clear, confident communication — in person, over the phone, and in writing.

● Organizational discipline — able to track dozens of relationships and follow-ups without dropping the ball.

● Basic-to-intermediate technical comfort with IT hardware products (full product training provided).

● Self-motivation and comfort working independently while on the road.

● Sound judgment in coordinating between SI needs and GIL`s internal teams.

Global Informatics Ltd. (GIL) imports and supplies a wide range of IT infrastructure and technology products — CCTV & surveillance systems, interactive flat panels, structured cabling, POS printers, portable lithium battery solutions, projectors, PA/sound systems, video walls, and more — to System Integrators (SIs) across Bangladesh.

Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with GIL's existing System Integrator partners.
Visit SI offices regularly across your coverage area to stay close to their business.
Understand each SI's upcoming projects, tenders, and product requirements before they become urgent.
Follow up consistently on quotations, orders, and purchasing decisions — nothing falls through the cracks.
Support SIs with accurate product information, pricing coordination, and stock availability.
Identify and onboard new SI partners to grow GIL's channel network.
Maintain a structured, disciplined follow-up system across all active accounts.
Coordinate internally with GIL's sales, product, technical, procurement, and management teams to get SIs what they need, fast.
Keep an eye on market activity and competitor movement within the SI channel and share what you learn.
Travel within Dhaka, Chattogram, Sylhet, and Rajshahi as business needs require.
