These terms govern use of Chakrie web, mobile, messaging, social publishing, job scraping operations, and paid recruitment services.
Platform role and acceptance
These Terms govern use of Chakrie web, mobile, APIs, staff dashboards, and related services. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Accounts, identity, and security
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and use only accounts you are authorized to control. You must not impersonate another person or organization, bypass verification, or use the platform for fraud, spam, or abuse.
Candidate, employer, and staff responsibilities
Candidates are responsible for truthful resumes, applications, timeline content, articles, and group activity. Employers are responsible for genuine vacancies, lawful recruitment conduct, and proper handling of candidate data. Staff users must use moderation and job-scraping tools only for authorized platform operations.
User content and community features
Timeline posts, multi-image uploads, comments, reactions, reposts, articles, groups, private messages, attachments, and other user content remain your responsibility. You grant Chakrie a limited license to host, process, display, format, cache, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service.
Messaging, scheduling, and attachments
Messaging tools, interview scheduling, availability proposals, and file attachments are provided for professional use. You must not send unlawful, harassing, deceptive, infringing, or malicious content. We may limit, review, or remove content that violates policy or threatens platform security.
Jobs, applications, and staff review
Job posts, applications, shortlist actions, and scraped-job imports may be reviewed, edited for formatting, rejected, hidden, or removed to maintain platform quality, legal compliance, duplicate prevention, and user safety. Publication is never guaranteed.
Paid services and billing
Paid subscriptions, featured placements, promotions, scraping-related services, or other commercial offerings are subject to the pricing and product terms displayed at purchase. Unless expressly stated otherwise, fees are non-transferable and may be non-refundable once the service has been delivered or activated.
Acceptable use and prohibited conduct
You must not post illegal jobs, scrape the platform without authorization, misuse staff tools, distribute malware, harvest credentials, manipulate metrics, create fake accounts, upload unlawful content, or use the service for harassment, discrimination, or off-platform fee scams.
Intellectual property and platform rights
The Chakrie service, branding, software, and product design are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or interfere with the service except as allowed by law or written permission.
Termination, suspension, and moderation
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where needed to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, or maintain the integrity of the platform. We may preserve evidence and records relevant to moderation, billing, fraud prevention, or disputes.
Disclaimers and liability limits
Chakrie provides a platform for recruitment, networking, publishing, and messaging, but does not guarantee hiring outcomes, candidate quality, employer legitimacy, message delivery, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided on an as-available basis without guarantees of fitness for a particular outcome.
Changes and legal review
We may update these Terms as features, laws, or operations change. Continued use after updates means the revised Terms apply. This is a product draft prepared for operational use. Final legal review is recommended before relying on it as final advice.
