Scope and account identity

This Privacy Policy applies to Chakrie websites, mobile applications, staff dashboards, APIs, and support operations. It covers employee, employer, staff, and administrator accounts, including profile verification, authentication, and moderation workflows.

Information we collect

We may collect account registration details, profile information, company details, photos, logos, resumes, video CVs, certifications, timeline posts, article content, group content, comments, reactions, applications, saved searches, notifications, billing records, job scraping inputs managed by staff, support messages, and security logs.

Profile photos, company logos, and uploaded files

When you upload a profile photo, company logo, attachment, resume, or timeline image, we store and process that file to render your account, power job applications, display social content, support messaging, and operate moderation and fraud review systems. Some uploads may become visible to employers, candidates, group members, article readers, or staff depending on the feature and your privacy settings.

How we use information

We use data to create and secure accounts, verify email ownership, personalize feeds and recommendations, support messaging and interview scheduling, deliver notifications, surface articles and groups, operate staff review tools, detect abuse, block duplicate or fraudulent content, and improve the product.

Timeline, article, group, and messaging visibility

Content you publish through timeline posts, article posts, group posts, comments, reactions, reposts, shares, and direct messages is processed to display the feature requested. Visibility depends on the product setting you choose, the relationship between participants, and staff moderation rules. Direct messages are private to the participants and authorized platform staff only where needed for security, abuse handling, or legal compliance.

Applications, hiring, and recruitment operations

Candidate application data, resume files, cover letters, availability proposals, and shortlist interactions are shared with the relevant employer account and can be processed by staff moderation and support systems where needed. Employers are responsible for their downstream use of candidate data once lawfully received.

Job scraping and staff moderation

Staff users may upload source website lists, run job scraping workflows, review scraped content, and approve or reject job posts before publication. We log these operational actions to maintain traceability, platform quality, and abuse prevention.

Payments, subscriptions, and featured services

Where paid plans, featured listings, promotions, subscriptions, or billing services are used, we process the minimum account, transaction, and invoice data needed to deliver the purchased service, prevent fraud, and maintain financial records.

Sharing and service providers
