Internship

The program provides combination of structured training, practical workplace exposure, cross-functional learning, mentorship, business projects and performance-based evaluation, allowing participants to gain real-world experience in a dynamic manufacturing and business environment.

Successful interns will receive a Certificate of Completion and Recommendation Letter, with opportunities to be considered for future career positions within the organization based on individual performance and organizational requirements.

Selected interns will receive practical exposure and learning opportunities across the below specific one following functional areas:

• Human Resources (HR) – HR operations, talent management, employee engagement and organizational culture.

• Compliance – Workplace compliance, labour standards, social compliance, regulatory requirements, audits and continuous improvement.

• Finance & Accounts – Accounting, budgeting, financial planning, reporting and financial analysis.

• Merchandising – Product development, buyer communication, order management and coordination.

• Commercial – Export-import processes, documentation, shipment management and trade compliance.

• Planning – Production planning, capacity planning, material planning and production scheduling.

• Production (Sweater) – Sweater manufacturing processes, production operations, quality and productivity.

• Production (Dyeing) – Dyeing processes, machine operations, colour management and quality control.

• Quality Management System (QMS/QA) – Quality assurance, quality management systems, audits, compliance and continuous improvement.

• Industrial Engineering (IE) – Work measurement, process improvement, productivity, efficiency and lean manufacturing.
