This is a closing-focused B2B technology sales role.
Candidates are expected to have hands-on experience selling and closing web/software or other technology solutions to corporate clients in the Dhaka market.
Responsibilities & Context
Identify, develop, and close new B2B corporate clients for web and software development services.
Generate opportunities through cold outreach, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
Build relationships with CEOs, Founders, Directors, IT Heads, Marketing Heads, and other decision-makers.
Understand client business requirements and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
Sell solutions including eCommerce, ERP, LMS, corporate websites, and custom software development.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, product/service discussions, and requirement discovery sessions.
Prepare and present proposals in coordination with the technical team.
Handle pricing discussions, negotiations, objections, and contract closure.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Maintain and regularly update the sales pipeline and CRM.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
Coordinate with the project and development teams to ensure a smooth transition after closing.
