Minimum M.Com/MBA with B.Com/BBA/ in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.CA (CC), ACCA, CMA or other professional accounting qualifications will be an added advantage. Candidates currently pursuing professional accounting qualifications, particularly at the advanced level, are highly encouraged to apply.Strong practical expertise in Tally/Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel is must.Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a reputed organization, educational institution or corporate environment.Candidates with strong practical expertise in Tally, Excel and financial statement preparation will be given preference.
Four-year Honours with a Master’s degree / Three-year Honours with a Master’s degree: Candidates must have secured at least three First Divisions/Classes or ‘A’ Grades and have at least 10 years of teaching experience, including at least 4 years of experience as an Assistant Professor. Additionally, candidates must have at least six publications, of which at least four must have been published during their tenure as an Assistant Professor.M.Phil: Candidates must have secured at least two First Divisions/Classes or ‘A’ Grades and have at least 8 years of teaching experience, including at least 4 years of experience as an Assistant Professor. Additionally, candidates must have at least five publications, of which at least three must have been published during their tenure as an Assistant Professor.Ph.D.: Candidates must have secured at least two First Divisions/Classes or ‘A’ Grades, including at least one First Class or ‘A’ Grade in either the Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. They must have at least 7 years of teaching experience, including at least 3 years of experience as an Assistant Professor. Additionally, candidates must have at least five publications, of which at least three must have been published during their tenure as an Assistant Professor.Third Division/Class or ‘C’ Grade: No Third Division/Class or ‘C’ Grade shall be acceptable.
4 Years Graduation/Post-Graduation from any reputed Universitywith no third division/Class or equivalent CGPA is allowed to Any stage of the academic Career. (Fresh Business Graduate Preferred).
