Minimum M.Com/MBA with B.Com/BBA/ in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
CA (CC), ACCA, CMA or other professional accounting qualifications will be an added advantage. Candidates currently pursuing professional accounting qualifications, particularly at the advanced level, are highly encouraged to apply.
Strong practical expertise in Tally/Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel is must.
Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a reputed organization, educational institution or corporate environment.
Candidates with strong practical expertise in Tally, Excel and financial statement preparation will be given preference.
Must have demonstrable and comprehensive practical knowledge and hands-on experience in Tally, preferably Tally Prime.
Must be highly proficient and expert in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, data analysis, reconciliation and preparation of financial reports.
Strong expertise in preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts and financial statements is essential.
Sound practical knowledge of VAT, TAX and other statutory compliance matters in Bangladesh.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting and internal controls.
Ability to independently handle the complete accounting function of an organization.
Strong leadership, communication and team-management skills.
High level of accuracy, integrity, confidentiality and professional ethics.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict reporting deadlines.
Key Skills We Are Looking For:

Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management accounts accurately and within the required deadlines.
Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts, ledgers, journals, receivables, payables and other accounting records.
Ensure proper recording, classification and reconciliation of all financial transactions.
Prepare monthly management reports, budget reports, cash flow statements, bank reconciliation and other financial reports as required by management.
Supervise day-to-day accounting operations and ensure proper internal controls and documentation.
Handle and monitor VAT, TAX, Withholding tax, Statutory Returns, Compliance and related matters in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax/VAT authorities and other relevant parties when required.
Monitor school fee collections, deposits, outstanding dues and related accounting records.
Ensure timely reconciliation of student fees, bank accounts, cash transactions and other income and expenditure.
Assist management in budgeting, financial planning, cost control and financial analysis.
Review and verify accounting entries, vouchers, bills and supporting documents.
Ensure proper maintenance and filing of all financial and accounting records.
