Designer - Sample (Sweater Factory)

We are looking for dynamic and experienced Designer in Sample Department for 100% Export Oriented Sweater Factory.

Job location will be Salna, Gazipur.

Job Responsibilities:

• Keep your workplace organized and clean on own responsibility.

• Understand the tech-packs and other related documents before developing the design.

• Develop production feasible sample using technical experience and advice from seniors if required.

• Make the knitting chart carefully and attentively and share with concern if anything is not clear about tech-packs.

• Check the knitting chart before hand over to programmer and ensure the workmanship according to tech-pack.

• Follow up every operation to ensure the making is going correctly.

• Update time to time and ensure the delivery of sample on time.

• Make the garment risk assessment and ensure children and adult safety requirements.

• Make quotation and product technical data when the sample is completed.

• Make the yarn and fabric consumption when received purchase order.

• Update sample status daily to make sample working plan.

• Communicate with concern to execute perfect sample.

• Document Need  To Be Maintained:

  • Maintain Development Status Report.

  • Increase involvement sample fits and line details.

  • Recommended resolve/color wise on stripe, plaids and prints.

• Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
