Master’s degree from a recognized university in Economics, Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Development Studies, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Industrial), or Supply Chain Management. An MBA or Advanced Commercial Masters is highly preferred.Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management: Demonstrated mastery in large-scale strategic procurement, vendor contract negotiation, and international/local supplier network management.Commercial Acumen & Budgeting: Strong background in managing multi-million project budgets, profit margin optimization, financial modeling, and commercial proposal creation.Technical & Site Execution Acumen: Ability to read architectural drawings, understand technical project specifications, and harmonize site engineering with commercial goals.
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Textile, Fashion/Garment Technology, Business, or a related discipline. Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in garment merchandising, preferably within a trading, sourcing, or buying office, with experience handling orders independently.
