Executive/ Sr. Executive - Commercial

Job Overview:

• The Commercial Executive / Sr. Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company’s import, export and bond-related activities. The role will ensure timely and accurate commercial documentation, customs clearance, LC and shipment processes and compliance with applicable rules and regulations. The position will also coordinate with banks, C&F agents, customs, bond authorities and internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day commercial activities related to import and export.
• Prepare and maintain import/export documentation and records.
• Handle Bond-related activities, including bond license, utilization, and documentation.
• Coordinate with Customs, Bond, C&F agents, banks and relevant authorities.
• Monitor LC opening, amendment, shipment and related documentation.
• Ensure timely submission of documents for customs clearance and shipment.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth import and export operations.
• Maintain proper records of export- Import documents.
• Ensure compliance with applicable customs, VAT and import/export regulations.
• Perform other commercial duties assigned by management.
• Assist in preparing documents and information required for Customs, Bond, VAT and other regulatory audits, inspections and assessments.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Customs, VAT, Import, Export and other government regulations.
• Support the management in improving commercial processes, documentation, cost efficiency and operational effectiveness.
• Perform any other commercial and related responsibilities assigned by the management.
