Project Development Executive

• Master’s degree from a recognized university in Economics, Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Development Studies, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years

• Age At least 29 years

• Minimum 05 years of relevant professional experience in coordinating multi-stakeholder, Knowledge Sharing Program (KSP) or Government-to-Government (G2G) projects.

• Professional experience in project planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring, and stakeholder engagement will be considered an advantage

• Professional experience working with government agencies, international organizations, development partners, research institutions, or consulting firms.

• Experience in trade and investment promotion, business development, or international cooperation activities will be considered an advantage.

• Experience in research, market research, report writing, publications, policy analysis, consulting, trade promotion, or related fields will be considered an advantage.

Required Skills

• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla.

• Ability to communicate professionally with government authorities, public institutions, international organizations, and private-sector stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder, Knowledge Sharing Program (KSP) projects and Government-to-Government (G2G) projects.

• Strong project planning, organizational, and time management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to collect, interpret, and present information effectively.

• Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team.

• Strong attention to detail, professionalism, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
