Diploma in Civilস্বীকৃত প্রতিষ্ঠান হতে ডিপ্লোমা ইন সিভিল ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং।ন্যূনতম এইচএসসি পাশ হতে হবে। NSDA লেভেল ০২ থাকতে হবে এবং লেভেল ০৩ থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।বেসিক ইংলিশ জানতে হবে।
