Client Relationship Officer (CRO)

Job Context**

Talent IT Centre is hiring Client Relationship Officers (CRO) to support our United States based clients. The role runs on a night shift aligned to U.S. business hours and involves day-to-day client communication over email, chat and voice. This is a full-time, work-at-office position at our Chawkbazar, Chattogram office. Freshers from English Medium backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

**Job Responsibilities**

• Handle day-to-day communication with U.S. based clients over email, chat and phone.
• Respond to client queries accurately and within agreed response times.
• Maintain and update client records, tickets and follow-up notes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues end to end.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through professional, courteous service.
• Prepare basic reports on client interactions and pending items.

**Shift:** Night Shift (7:30 PM – 5:00 AM
