We're hiring: LinkedIn Marketing Expert

• Develop and execute LinkedIn marketing strategies aligned with Pexnet's business goals.
• Identify and target USA-based local business owners, entrepreneurs, founders, CEOs, marketing managers, and other decision-makers.
• Conduct detailed prospect research and build targeted lead lists.
• Find potential clients based on industry, location, company size, business type, and other relevant criteria.
• Manage LinkedIn connection and outreach campaigns professionally.
• Write personalized connection requests, follow-up messages, and outreach sequences.
• Start meaningful conversations with prospects rather than relying on spammy or mass messaging.
• Nurture prospects and move qualified leads through the LinkedIn sales funnel.
• Identify potential clients who may benefit from Local SEO, Google Maps SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, Technical SEO, and other digital marketing services.
• Develop and manage a consistent LinkedIn content calendar.
• Create engaging content around Local SEO, SEO tips, Google Maps, local business growth, digital marketing, case studies, industry insights, and business-related topics.
• Write LinkedIn posts, educational content, carousels, case studies, and other relevant formats.
• Work with our SEO and content teams to turn SEO knowledge, client results, and industry insights into LinkedIn content.
• Optimize company and personal LinkedIn profiles to improve credibility and lead-generation potential.
• Monitor LinkedIn engagement, connection growth, response rates, leads, and overall campaign performance.
• Track outreach activities and maintain organized records of prospects, conversations, follow-ups, and leads.
• Prepare regular reports showing LinkedIn marketing performance and lead-generation results.
• Test different messaging, targeting, content, and outreach strategies to improve results.
• Stay updated with LinkedIn algorithm changes, B2B marketing trends, outreach strategies, and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in LinkedIn Marketing, LinkedIn Lead Generation, or B2B Outreach.
• Hands-on experience generating leads through LinkedIn.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn's platform, audience, search functionality, and engagement patterns.
• Experience targeting USA-based businesses or international B2B audiences is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of prospect research and lead qualification.
• Experience with personalized LinkedIn outreach and follow-up strategies.
• Strong written English and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to write professional, engaging, and personalized LinkedIn messages.
• Good understanding of B2B content marketing and LinkedIn content strategy.
• Ability to identify the right prospects rather than simply generating a large number of leads.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to track and analyze campaign performance.
• Self-driven, organized, consistent, and able to work independently.
