Territory Manager- M. Bazar

Sales Target Achievement – Drive and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

• Market Coverage – Ensure optimal outlet coverage and route optimization for sales representatives.
• Distributor Management – Oversee distributor performance, inventory, and financial hygiene.
• Retail Execution – Ensure product availability, visibility, and promotional compliance at retail.
• Team Supervision – Lead, train, and motivate field sales teams for high performance.
• Category Plan Execution – Ensure category plan implementation basis BU for plans shared across each MOC
• Compliance & Reporting – Ensure adherence to company policies and timely reporting of field activities
