Telesales Team Lead

Transfotech Academy is expanding its US-market tele-sales operation from 20 to 100+ agents in the next 12 months. We are hiring a Head of Sales to build that function from the ground up.

You will take a functioning floor and scale it, establish systems that don't yet exist (conversion tracking, lead allocation, coaching frameworks), train and lead team leads into management, and own the growth target end-to-end. This is a build-and-lead role, not an optimize-and-maintain one. You will be on calls yourself, auditing performance, coaching the coaches, and hiring relentlessly.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Team Leadership & Expansion

• Lead the current 20-person tele-sales floor and scale it to 100+ agents within 12 months
• Identify and develop 4–6 high-performing agents into team leads; train them to run their own squads
• Conduct regular call audits, training sessions, and structured performance feedback
• Build a tiered coaching structure: you manage leads, leads manage agents
• Handle escalations and close high-value deals yourself when necessary
• Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity standards during night-shift operations

Building Sales Infrastructure

• Establish end-to-end sales processes that don't currently exist: lead allocation, qualification criteria, follow-up sequences, close frameworks
• Design and continuously refine sales scripts, pitch strategies, and objection-handling playbooks for the US market
• Implement CRM discipline and data governance; build weekly dashboards on pipeline, conversion by stage, and per-agent performance
• Set conversion targets and metrics — you will establish what "good" looks like
• Partner with marketing on lead flow quality and volume as volume scales
• Ensure the floor operates within US telemarketing compliance (TCPA, Do Not Call, permitted calling hours)
