Green Compare Ltd is a UK-based company. We help businesses in the UK compare and get better deals on business energy and business loans. Our Dhaka office in Dhanmondi calls UK business customers by phone. We are looking for a telesales specialist to join this team.
পুরো শিফট জুড়ে ইউকে (UK)-এর কাস্টমারদের সাথে ফোনে ইংরেজিতে কথা বলতে হবে। ইন্টারভিউও ইংরেজিতে হবে। ইংরেজিতে সাবলীলভাবে কথা বলতে না পারলে অনুগ্রহ করে আবেদন করবেন না।
• MCA (Merchant Cash Advance) sales experience – MUST. You have sold MCA / business loans before.
• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or outbound calling.
• Able to work the UK shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Bangladesh time).
• Self-motivated and target-driven (comfortable working with sales targets).
• Make outbound phone calls to business customers in the UK.
• Talk to customers in English and explain our business loan and business energy services.
• Understand what the customer needs and offer the right solution.
• Meet daily and weekly sales targets.
• Keep customer records updated and follow up with customers when needed.
