Technical Sales Coordinator

• Coordinate and support the sales activities of Solar, HVAC, and EV Car product teams.

• Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients regarding inquiries, quotations, and order status.

• Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, purchase orders, and sales reports.

• Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.

• Coordinate with technical, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain and update customer databases, CRM records, and sales documentation.

• Schedule client meetings, product demonstrations, and site visits as required.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business development initiatives.

• Prepare periodic sales performance reports and present updates to management.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and quality standards.
