Key Responsibilities

• The role involves strategic planning, team development, and ensuring effective execution of sales and marketing activities to achieve business targets.

• Achieve regional sales targets and ensure sustainable business growth.

• Lead, supervise, and motivate Regional/Area Sales Managers and field force.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies in alignment with company objectives.

• Monitor field performance through regular visits and provide coaching and guidance.

• Ensure proper execution of promotional and marketing activities in the field.

• Identify business opportunities and expand market coverage.

• Maintain strong relationships with key doctors, hospitals, and stakeholders.

• Coordinate with marketing teams for effective field execution.

• Ensure achievement of sales targets through effective planning and execution, maintain proper credit control, monitor team performance, and develop sustainable sales growth.
