We are seeking energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven Sales Executives who specialize in apartment/flat sales to join our winning team and directly contribute to the company`s growth.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and generate quality leads for apartment/flat sales.
Conduct client meetings, property visits, and present projects professionally.
Follow up with prospects regularly to close sales deals effectively.
Achieve individual monthly and annual sales targets assigned by management.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Collect and update market information, competitor activities, and feedback.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for the Team Leader/Manager.
Any other task assigned from time to time by management.
