Specialist, Digital Marketing (Full-time)

Ekkademy is looking for a highly driven Digital Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of our digital presence and contribute directly to business growth. This role goes beyond traditional SEO or social media management. The incumbent will be responsible for researching, planning, creating, optimizing, and continuously improving Ekkademy's digital footprint across all online channels.

We are looking for a doer someone with strong subject matter expertise who can identify opportunities, execute independently, and deliver measurable results with minimal supervision.

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, including technical, on-page, off-page, and local SEO.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, content gap analysis, and market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Research, write, review, and optimize blogs, landing pages, website copy, email campaigns, social media content, and video scripts.
• Coordinate with teachers, video editors, and developers to ensure high-quality content production and timely delivery.
• Manage and strengthen Ekkademy's digital presence across website, search engines, social media, and other digital platforms.
• Plan and execute organic and paid digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
• Monitor website performance, user behavior, conversion funnels, and recommend optimization strategies.
• Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare actionable performance reports.
• Stay updated with search engine algorithms, AI-powered search trends, digital marketing innovations, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with academic, product, sales, and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
