Social Media Manager

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing day-to-day content operations, growing our online presence, and improving audience engagement across major social platforms.

You will work closely with the content, graphic design, video editing, YouTube, and marketing teams to plan and execute high-quality social media content aligned with Flixor's brand and business objectives.

Social Media Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute effective social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
• Develop platform-specific content strategies based on audience behavior and platform trends
• Prepare and maintain monthly content calendars
• Plan content themes, campaigns, posting schedules, and promotional activities
• Identify opportunities to increase reach, engagement, followers, and brand awareness
• Stay updated with emerging social media trends, features, and best practices

Content Development

• Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content aligned with the company's branding and marketing goals
• Write compelling captions, hooks, post copy, and short-form content
• Develop creative content ideas for posts, Reels, Shorts, TikToks, Stories, and other social formats
• Work with the creative team to turn content ideas into engaging visual and video assets
• Ensure all published content maintains consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual direction
• Adapt content appropriately for different platforms and audiences

Creative & Team Coordination

• Coordinate with Graphic Designers, Video Editors, Content Writers, and Marketing Teams
• Provide clear creative briefs and content requirements to the design and production teams
• Monitor content production to ensure deliverables are completed on time
• Review creative assets before publishing when required
• Suggest improvements to visuals, copy, hooks, and content formats based on audience response
• Maintain an organized social media content pipeline

Community Management

• Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience interactions across social platforms
• Respond to audience queries and interactions professionally and appropriately
• Identify common audience questions, feedback, and content interests
• Maintain a positive and professional online community
• Escalate important issues or customer concerns to the relevant team when necessary

Analytics & Performance

• Monitor social media performance using platform analytics and reporting tools
• Track key metrics, including:
• Reach
• Impressions
• Engagement
• Views
• Watch Time
• Follower Growth
• Clicks
• Engagement Rate
• Analyze high-performing and underperforming content
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
• Provide actionable recommendations based on performance data
• Continuously test different content formats, hooks, captions, posting times, and creative approaches
• Use performance insights to improve future content strategies

Trend & Competitor Research

• Monitor social media trends, viral formats, emerging topics, and platform updates
• Conduct competitor research and analyze their content formats, messaging, engagement, and posting strategies
• Identify relevant trends and opportunities for Flixor
• Develop new content ideas based on audience interests and market trends
• Stay informed about changes in social media algorithms and platform best practices

Campaign & Promotion Support

• Support social media campaigns, product promotions, and brand initiatives
• Assist with planning and executing promotional campaigns across relevant platforms
• Coordinate campaign content with the creative and marketing teams
• Support paid social media campaigns when required
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for improvement
