About the Internship:
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Management Intern to join our team. This internship will give you hands-on experience in managing multiple social media platforms, content planning, and audience engagement.
Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and schedule content across all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X)
Assist in designing basic graphics, reels, and thumbnails suited to each platform`s format
Monitor engagement (likes, comments, shares) and respond to audience queries across platforms
Track page/channel performance on each platform and prepare weekly insight reports
Research trending content, hashtags, and platform-specific algorithms relevant to our niche
Support the team in brainstorming content strategies tailored to different platforms
Coordinate with the content/design team for timely, platform-optimised publishing
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or related field
Working knowledge of all major social media platforms — Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X — including their unique content formats and best practices
Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar design/editing tools is a plus
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, multi-platform environment
