Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing. (Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla.
Experience with content creation for social media platforms.
Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar creative tools is an advantage.
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, and other social media management tools.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
