KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings on Google and other search engines.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
• Optimize website structure, meta tags, headings, URLs, and content for On-Page SEO.
• Build high-quality backlinks through Off-Page SEO techniques.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Conduct regular Technical SEO audits and resolve issues related to crawling, indexing, site speed, and mobile-friendliness.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with content writers, developers, and designers to implement SEO best practices.
• Prepare SEO performance reports and provide recommendations to management.
• Plan and execute cold email marketing campaigns for lead generation and outreach.
• Manage and grow social media marketing channels to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Handle LinkedIn marketing for professional networking, brand awareness, and lead generation.
• Create SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.

QUALIFICATIONS

• B.Sc./BBA degree in any discipline; preference will be given to candidates with Marketing, CSE, or related backgrounds.
• Minimum 5–10 years of proven experience as an SEO Expert or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Google Algorithms, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms, especially WordPress.

• Up-to-date knowledge of White-Hat SEO techniques.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
