SEO Expert & Digital Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a hands-on SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist to own the entire digital acquisition function across our growing portfolio of SaaS products, websites, and mobile apps. You won't be working on a single product — you'll run marketing across multiple projects simultaneously, each with its own audience, positioning, and growth targets.

You'll report directly to leadership and have real decision-making authority over channels, budgets, and strategy. This is a build-from-scratch role with visibility across everything we ship.

• Multi-Product SEO Strategy: Run technical SEO audits, on-page optimization, keyword research (English + Bangla), and link building across multiple product websites and landing pages simultaneously
• App Store Optimization (ASO): Optimize Play Store listings — titles, descriptions, screenshots, keyword targeting — for multiple mobile apps to maximize organic installs
• Paid Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across Facebook/Meta, YouTube, Google UAC, and Play Store Ads for different products within defined budgets
• Analytics & Attribution: Set up and manage Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and UTM frameworks across all properties. Deliver weekly performance dashboards with CAC, CPI, conversion rates, and ROAS per product
• Conversion Optimization: Analyze the full funnel for each product — from ad impression to sign-up/install to paid conversion — and run experiments to improve each stage
• Content & Digital PR: Coordinate content calendars, sponsored content with BD news portals and tech blogs, and manage content creator and micro-influencer collaborations
• Community Building: Grow WhatsApp and Facebook community channels for our consumer-facing products with engaging content
• Cross-Product Reporting: Maintain a unified marketing dashboard so leadership has a clear view of spend, performance, and ROI across all projects
