SEO And Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced SEO Expert with a proven track record in improving Google rankings, organic traffic, website visibility, and GMB performance. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in On-Page, Technical, Off-Page, Local, and International SEO.

Global/international work experience is highly preferred, especially experience working with international clients, companies, or websites targeting markets such as the USA, Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia, and worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies for websites targeting global and international markets.

• Manage complete SEO campaigns from strategy to execution, with a strong focus on improving organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversions, and overall search visibility.

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis for international markets, identifying high-value, high-intent, and commercially relevant keywords.

• Lead On-Page SEO activities, including optimization of title tags, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking, image alt text, content structure, and keyword placement.

• Perform Technical SEO audits and resolve issues related to crawling, indexing, site architecture, canonicalization, redirects, broken links, structured data, Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile responsiveness, and other technical factors.

• Develop and implement advanced Off-Page SEO and link-building strategies, including high-quality outreach, guest posting, digital PR, niche edits, business citations, and authority-building campaigns.

• Manage and improve Google Business Profile (GMB) and Local SEO performance, including local keyword rankings, citations, NAP consistency, reviews, location pages, and map visibility.

• Monitor and improve Google keyword rankings across multiple locations and international markets using data-driven SEO strategies.

• Develop international and local SEO strategies based on target countries, cities, search intent, competition, and market-specific search behavior.

• Create and implement SEO content strategies for blogs, service pages, landing pages, product pages, and other website content to improve organic visibility and conversions.

• Optimize existing website content based on search intent, semantic SEO, topical relevance, E-E-A-T principles, and competitor analysis.

• Analyze competitors` SEO strategies, backlink profiles, content strategies, keyword positions, and organic performance to identify opportunities for growth.

• Use advanced SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and other professional SEO tools.

• Track, analyze, and report key SEO KPIs, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, impressions, CTR, conversions, backlinks, domain authority, and local search performance.

• Identify ranking drops, traffic fluctuations, indexing issues, algorithm-related changes, and other SEO performance problems and implement appropriate corrective strategies.

• Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates, SEO industry trends, AI search developments, international SEO practices, and evolving search engine ranking factors.

• Work independently and take ownership of SEO strategy, execution, performance monitoring, and continuous optimization.

• Collaborate with developers, content writers, designers, and digital marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations effectively.

• Prepare regular SEO performance reports, strategic insights, and actionable recommendations for management and clients.

• Conduct regular SEO audits and continuously identify opportunities to improve organic rankings, website authority, traffic, leads, and conversions.

• Manage multiple SEO projects and campaigns simultaneously while maintaining performance targets and deadlines.

• Global work experience is highly preferred, particularly experience working with international clients, agencies, companies, or websites targeting markets such as the USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, or other international markets.

• Candidates with a proven track record of successfully managing international SEO campaigns and achieving measurable Google ranking and organic traffic growth will receive strong preference.
