Strategic Leadership

• Develop and implement the company's integrated marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
• Lead annual marketing planning, budgeting and resource allocation.
• Drive customer-centric marketing initiatives to strengthen brand preference and market share through effective collaboration.
• Provide strategic insights on market trends, customer behavior, competitive activities, emerging opportunities and recommended technical solutions to improve customer interaction.

Brand & Corporate Communications

• Lead brand strategy and positioning to enhance awareness, reputation and customer trust.
• Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all customer touchpoints.
• Manage corporate communications, public relations, media relations and reputation management activities.
• Oversee sponsorships, partnerships, events and community engagement initiatives.

Customer Acquisition & Growth

• Drive lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives across digital and traditional channels.
• Develop and execute campaigns to support Agency, Bancassurance, Corporate Sales, Direct Sales and Digital channels.
• Optimize marketing investments to maximize customer acquisition and return on investment.
• Establish and scale lead commercialization programs to improve conversion and sales productivity.

Digital Marketing & AI-led Customer Engagement

• Lead the company's digital marketing strategy across social media, search, content marketing, CRM, email, and performance marketing through AI enabled solutions.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives to improve customer engagement and customer experience.
• Leverage marketing technology, customer data and analytics to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Develop personalization and customer journey programs to improve retention and lifetime value.

Product Marketing

• Partner with Product and Business teams to launch new insurance solutions and value propositions.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and distribution partnerships.
• Ensure effective customer communication and sales enablement for product launches.

Partnerships & Distribution Support

• Collaborate with bancassurance, affinity, digital, and strategic partners to support business growth.
• Develop joint marketing programs with key partners.
• Support distribution channels with lead generation, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.

Market Research & Analytics

• Lead customer research, brand tracking and market intelligence programs.
• Analyze campaign performance and marketing effectiveness.
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and customer acquisition efforts.
• Present actionable recommendations to executive leadership.

Team Leadership

• Build, lead and develop a high-performing marketing team.
