Senior Sales Manager

We’re looking for ambitious, confident and result-driven individuals to join our Sales & Business Development Team and help us connect more clients with better design solutions.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Handle client consultations and understand their requirements.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and project quotations.
• Conduct negotiations and convert leads into successful projects.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients regularly.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closing.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the design, project, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipelines, and project status.
