About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Motion Designer who can turn software launches into unforgettable visual stories.

At Ollyo, every product launch is a moment worth celebrating, and you’ll be the one shaping how it looks, moves, and feels.

You’ll lead the creation of intro videos, promotional motion content, and launch visuals that define the way our software products are presented to the world. Your work will bring clarity, excitement, and emotion to every new release.

What You’ll Do

• Create high-quality intro, feature, and promotional videos for product launches.

• Animate UI visuals and workflows that highlight key features and user benefits.

• Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to plan and execute motion strategies for major campaigns.

• Develop consistent motion styles that align with each product’s visual identity.

• Edit and refine launch videos, teasers, and product explainers for use across web, social, and events.

• Mentor other designers and help elevate overall motion standards at Ollyo.

• Create high-quality design proposals and drive motion projects end-to-end—from initial concept and creative iterations through to final implementation and launch.

• Leverage AI-powered design and animation tools to enhance creativity, speed up asset creation, and explore innovative storytelling techniques.

• Ensure on-time delivery of all motion assets while maintaining Ollyo’s high standards for brand consistency and visual quality.

What You’ll Bring

• 4+ years of experience in motion design or video production, preferably in tech, SaaS, or creative agencies.

• Expertise in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator. Knowledge of Figma and 3D or Lottie animation is a plus.

• Strong understanding of product storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.

• Ability to interpret complex software features and express them clearly through motion.

• A portfolio that showcases product videos, launch campaigns, or feature explainers.

• Experience using or a willingness to adopt AI-assisted tools for motion design (such as RunwayML, Adobe Sensei, or Figma animation plugins).

• Strong project management and time management skills—demonstrated ability to reliably deliver multiple high-quality projects on schedule in a fast-paced environment.

• A track record of developing creative solutions from ideation and proposal through iterative refinement and delivery.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with designers, engineers, and marketers.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Figma Motion or Lottie animation.

• Understanding of SaaS marketing.

• Ability to conceptualize and direct campaign visuals end-to-end.

• Awareness of how AI is transforming design workflows and eagerness to experiment with new creative technologies.

• Skills in optimizing motion assets for accessibility, performance, and integration into reusable UI systems (e.g., animating in Figma or preparing Lottie files).

• Experience mentoring junior designers and helping to raise the overall creative bar.
