The Senior Executive – Marketing will be responsible for planning and executing marketing
initiatives, strengthening the brand, driving customer engagement and sales, managing
digital and offline marketing activities, and identifying new market opportunities. The role will
work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Product Development, Retail, and Creative teams to
ensure effective execution of marketing strategies.

1. Market Research & Insights
Conduct regular research on market trends, competitor activities, customer preferences,
pricing, product categories, and emerging opportunities to identify areas for business and
brand growth.
2. Marketing Campaigns & Activations
Plan, coordinate, and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, product launches,
seasonal promotions, exhibitions, fairs, collaborations, and other brand activations to
drive customer engagement and sales.
3. Brand Management
Maintain and strengthen the brand identity and positioning across social media,
website, retail outlets, corporate communications, promotional materials, and other
customer touch points.
4. Marketing Planning & Calendar Management
Develop and implement quarterly marketing plans, campaign calendars, promotional
strategies, and activity schedules aligned with business objectives, sales targets, product
launches, and seasonal opportunities.
5. Digital Marketing & E-commerce
Manage and coordinate social media, website content, SEO, online advertising, email
marketing, e-commerce activities, and other digital initiatives to increase brand
awareness, traffic, engagement, and online sales.
6. Meta Media Buying
Maintain practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience
targeting, budget allocation, ad placement, basic optimization, and monitoring key
performance metrics such as reach, engagement, CTR, and conversions.
7. Content & Creative Coordination
Work closely with the Creative/Design team to develop campaign concepts, product
stories, promotional content, photography, videos, catalogs, social media assets, in-store
materials, and other marketing communications.
8. Cross-functional & Customer Coordination
Coordinate with Customer Service, Sales, Product Development, Retail/Outlet teams, and
other relevant departments to ensure effective communication of customer insights,
product information, promotional activities, and marketing requirements.
9. Marketing Performance & Continuous Improvement
Monitor campaign performance, customer response, digital metrics, sales impact, and
marketing ROI; prepare regular reports for Management and recommend improvements
to increase sales, engagement, and brand visibility.
10. AI Tools & Applications
Utilize AI tools and applications for content creation, campaign ideation, market
research, customer insights, image and video generation, and improving overall
marketing efficiency.
11. Perform any other marketing, branding, or business-related responsibilities assigned
by Management from time to time.
