Senior Executive - Sales & Marketing

Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve monthly and annual booking targets.

Generate new business through corporate visits, direct sales, networking, referrals and digital marketing.

Identify and develop corporate clients, event organizers, wedding planners and business partners.

Promote Sky Square Convention Hall for weddings, receptions, corporate meetings, conferences, seminars, exhibitions and social events.

Conduct client meetings, venue presentations and site visits.

Prepare quotations, proposals and customized event packages according to client requirements.

Negotiate with clients and convert leads into confirmed bookings.

Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients for repeat business and referrals.

Coordinate with Operations, Catering, Decoration, Accounts and other relevant teams for smooth event execution.

Monitor competitors, market trends and customer requirements and recommend new marketing initiatives.

Manage and follow up leads from Facebook, website, phone calls and other digital platforms.

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales, booking and marketing reports.

Maintain customer database, booking records and follow-up schedules.

Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to increasing venue occupancy and revenue.
