Senior Executive / Executive - Sales & Marketing

We are seeking dynamic, smart, and multitasking individuals to join our team as Senior Executive / Executive Sales & Marketing. This role will focus on converting qualified leads into confirmed projects, achieving individual sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert leads into successful projects.

• Conduct client meetings, present proposals, and negotiate contracts to close sales.

• Achieve individual annual sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referrals to ensure long-term business.

• Prepare and submit weekly progress reports to the Sales and Marketing Manager (SMM).

• Monitor project completion, ensure client satisfaction, after sales service, secure bill receiving and finalization.

• Identify new business opportunities and refer potential leads to the SME for data collection.

• Collaborate with the design and engineering department for effective project management.
