Beauty Booth is a growing beauty and lifestyle brand focused on delivering quality beauty products and an engaging customer experience through both online and offline channels.

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing & E-commerce Growth Person who can take ownership of our digital growth, paid advertising, customer acquisition, e-commerce performance, and retention initiatives.

The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, commercially minded, and experienced in turning digital marketing activities into measurable sales, revenue, customer acquisition, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve sales, customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth objectives.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and other relevant digital channels.
• Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, creative testing, and performance optimization to improve ROAS and customer acquisition efficiency.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns for seasonal promotions, product launches, sales events, brand campaigns, BOGO, combo offers, and other promotional activities.
• Analyze marketing and ecommerce performance data, including sales, orders, AOV, conversion rate, CAC, ROAS, customer acquisition, and retention metrics, to identify opportunities and performance gaps.
• Monitor and evaluate performance at campaign, audience, creative, product, category, and customer-segment levels and implement data-driven optimization strategies.
• Manage and improve digital marketing tracking and attribution through GA4, Google Ads, Meta, Google Search Console, UTM tracking, and reporting platforms.
• Develop customer segmentation and CRM strategies based on customer purchase behavior, lifecycle stage, engagement, and transaction history.
• Identify opportunities for customer retention, reactivation, cross-selling, upselling, and personalized promotional offers using customer and sales data.
• Work closely with the Creative and Content team to develop campaign concepts, creative briefs, promotional messaging, UGC requirements, and performance-focused content.
• Coordinate with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Customer Support, Sales, and Technology teams to align marketing activities with product availability, inventory, customer service capacity, and business objectives.
• Analyze product and category performance to identify opportunities for promotions, bundles, clearance, BOGO, free gifts, and other sales-driving initiatives.
• Support the development and implementation of ecommerce and CRM features that improve customer experience, product discovery, personalization, and conversion.
• Conduct market, competitor, customer, and industry research to identify new marketing channels, growth opportunities, and emerging ecommerce trends.
• Prepare and present marketing performance reports, business insights, forecasts, and actionable recommendations to management.
• Develop and maintain marketing processes, campaign workflows, reporting structures, and SOPs to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
• Continuously test and improve marketing strategies, campaigns, creatives, offers, and customer journeys to drive sustainable ecommerce growth and profitability.
