Monitor customer credit status and outstanding receivables and take necessary actions to ensure timely collection.
Ensure recovery of outstanding receivables within 90 days, with a maximum permissible recovery period of 180 days.
Ensure timely collection and adjustment of AIT (Advance Income Tax) in accordance with applicable requirements and company policy.
Maintain accurate and complete documentation related to the entire sales process, including customer, order, billing, and collection records.
Prepare and submit regular business and sales reports to the HOD, DHOD, BC to Monitoring Director, and respective Team Leads as required.
Conduct business analysis to evaluate sales performance, market opportunities, customer trends, and business risks, and provide relevant insights to management.
