Job Context: Mediasoft Data Systems Limited, Bangladesh's largest retail software and solutions provider, is seeking for a motivated and results-oriented Software Sales Executive to join our rapidly growing team. Sales presentations and service demonstrations will be part of the job, as will contract negotiations with potential clients. It is expected that the candidate would be proficient in email communication, presentation, proposal documentation, negotiation, and business communication.

Job Responsibilities :

· Regular basis visit the market to get new clients and business opportunities.

· Follow the instruction of the Sales Team Leader and Sales Plan to implement sales in the market.

· Research, prospect, and establish leads for corporate relationships i.e. managing relationships with existing key customers and Establishing relationships with new customers.

· Sales generating over phone or email.

· Making propositions for a better sales plan.

· Explain the services and their benefits to customers for maximizing the use of the software.

· Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.

· Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.

· Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.

· Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.

· Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.

Employment Status : · Full-time

Workplace: Work at Office & Field.

Educational Requirements :

· Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing/CSE/Software Engineering.

· Skills Required: Ecommerce, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote

· Education doesn't matter as long as you have Selling skills in Software.

Experience Requirements: 1-2 years

Additional Requirements:

· Both males and females are encouraged to apply.

· Candidates who own a motorcycle will be prioritized.

· Working experience with Sales Marketing, Software Sales.

· Good Communication and Collaboration Skills.

· Client Management Skills.

· Hunger for success and a passion for closing deals.

Working hours: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
