Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for an energetic, proactive, and target-driven Sales Executive for our Commercial Display business.

The selected candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, following up on assigned leads, identifying customer requirements, preparing quotations, conducting customer meetings, and converting opportunities into completed sales.

This is a hands-on B2B sales position. The candidate must be comfortable making outbound calls, visiting customers, following up consistently, and taking ownership of the complete sales process.

Key Responsibilities

Contact potential customers through telephone, WhatsApp, email, social media, and face-to-face meetings.
Respond promptly to qualified leads assigned by the Leads Manager.
Actively identify and develop new B2B customers.
Understand customers’ requirements, applications, quantities, budgets, and purchasing timelines.
Recommend appropriate commercial display products and solutions.
Prepare quotations and commercial proposals according to the company’s approved pricing policy.
Follow up consistently until the customer makes a final purchasing decision.
Arrange product demonstrations, business meetings, and customer-site visits when required.
Develop business relationships with corporate clients, retailers, restaurants, hotels, schools, hospitals, property developers, advertising agencies, system integrators, and other potential customers.
Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers and identify repeat-business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer communications, quotations, opportunities, and next actions.
Update the sales pipeline regularly and submit weekly and monthly sales forecasts.
Coordinate with the Marketing Manager, Leads Manager, technical team, operations team, and Finance.
Follow the company’s selling-price policy and obtain approval before offering any special price or discount.
Coordinate order confirmation, product delivery, and payment completion.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Monitor competitor activities, customer feedback, market prices, and industry trends.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales-performance reports for management.
