Sales & Business Development Officer

Regularly visit garments factories, buying houses, and corporate customers.

Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.

Make professional calls, arrange customer meetings, and collect customer requirements.

Follow up on samples, inquiries, quotations, and pending requirements.

Follow up and collect customer payments on time, and maintain proper payment status records.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Negotiate with customers and support order confirmation.

Coordinate with the technical/sales team for sample development and customer requirements.

Maintain accurate customer database, sales pipeline, and daily visit/follow-up reports.

Achieve monthly sales, payment collection, customer development, and business growth targets.
