Project Manager: Mass Transit Integration

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields. PMP certification is a strong plus.

• 3 to 5+ years leading complex physical operations, transport integration, fleet logistics, or urban infrastructure rollouts.
• Stakeholder Management: Proven track record of working with state authorities, municipal bodies, or public transit agencies in Bangladesh with tact and efficiency.
• Startup Mindset: High agency, resilient, and proactive. You operate well with high autonomy, solve unpredictable field challenges fast, and focus on execution rather than red tape.
• Data & Process Driven: Comfortable using project management tools (Asana, Jira, MS Project) and using spatial or operational data to optimize hub placement and rebalancing routes.

Role Summary

The Project Manager: Mass Transit Integration will own the complete operational deployment and ground level execution of Jobike's micro mobility services across Dhaka Metro Rail (DMTCL) stations. Sitting at the intersection of urban transport infrastructure, government liaison, and fast paced startup execution, you will lead cross functional teams to build physical station hubs, establish fleet supply chains, and ensure seamless service launch. You will be directly responsible for delivering station milestones on time, managing the rollout budget, and tracking key operational metrics.
