Role Description The Film Director will lead the creative vision and execution of film and video projects, overseeing all phases from pre-production through post-production. Day-to-day responsibilities include interpreting client briefs, collaborating on script development, guiding casting and rehearsals, directing on-set performances and camera work, and ensuring visual and narrative consistency. The role also involves close coordination with producers, cinematographers, editors, and sound designers to deliver projects on time and within budget. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Gulshan, Dhaka, with primary on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility for planning, review, and coordination tasks.
