3 to 5+ years leading complex physical operations, transport integration, fleet logistics, or urban infrastructure rollouts.Stakeholder Management: Proven track record of working with state authorities, municipal bodies, or public transit agencies in Bangladesh with tact and efficiency.Startup Mindset: High agency, resilient, and proactive. You operate well with high autonomy, solve unpredictable field challenges fast, and focus on execution rather than red tape.Data & Process Driven: Comfortable using project management tools (Asana, Jira, MS Project) and using spatial or operational data to optimize hub placement and rebalancing routes.
