Job description
Brain Station 23 is looking for entry-level Product Owners who want to build long-term careers as product and business leaders.
As a Product Owner, from day one, you will work on real products with real clients, constraints, and consequences. Over the next ten years, the scope of your work expands, your decisions carry more weight, and your responsibility grows.
This is a hands-on role. Your managers will create opportunities and stretch assignments where you can prove your capability and earn greater responsibility. They will challenge your thinking, mentor you, and keep raising the bar, but the decisions, the work, and the learning remain yours.
Responsibilities
- Own product delivery end to end. Turn ambiguous business problems into product strategy, roadmaps, prioritized backlogs, requirements, acceptance criteria, and release plans. Balance value, scope, quality, risk, dependencies, and time.
- Lead execution with a 15- to 20-person cross-functional team and international client stakeholders. Keep decisions clear, documentation current, and delivery moving under firm deadlines. Validate outcomes, lead demonstrations, and raise risks early with evidence and options.
- Contribute beyond delivery to product discovery, solution framing, prototyping, presales demonstrations, competitive analysis, market-gap identification, and go-to-market strategy.
- Use AI as a working system, not just a chatbot. Ground it with context files, specialized skills, tools, and agents. Govern AI-generated work through controlled access, traceable sources, validation, and human review. AI may generate the output; you own its accuracy, decisions, and consequences.
- As your responsibility grows, work across multiple products and platforms in SaaS, enterprise/ERP, AI and Data, Cloud, and IoT, serving industries including FinTech and InsurTech, Pharma and Healthcare, EdTech, e-commerce and Retail, Telecom, Real Estate, and Automotive.
What We Are Looking For
- You want hard problems, early responsibility, broad ownership, and direct feedback.
- You can move work forward without step-by-step instruction.
- You are ready to build a career in product leadership, not make another short-term move.
- You can adapt to the hours, working days, and travel requirements of your assigned project and client.
What You Will Learn
- Present your best work and ideas through a weekly Show & Tell forum.
- Learn from peers, exchange perspectives, and continuously improve through shared feedback.
- Gain exposure to working with both global and local clients, understanding diverse business needs and professional environments.
- Access dedicated Learning & Development support for professional courses, examinations, certifications, and continuous professional development.
Experience Requirements
- Fresh graduates may apply.
- Candidates with professional experience must have no more than 12 months of relevant experience gained in a software company while working directly with a software development team.
- The offer will reflect the relevance of your experience and your demonstrated performance during selection.
