Bachelor/Honors, Bachelor of Science (BSc) Bachelor/Honors, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), in Marketing Bachelor/Honors, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), in Marketing

Experience

✔ Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing and Paid Advertising.

✔ Age: At most 35 years .

✔ Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, and YouTube Advertising .

✔ In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and custom conversion tracking.

✔ Proven expertise in planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid digital marketing campaigns.

✔ Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and convert complex reports into actionable business insights.

✔ Demonstrated experience in managing substantial advertising budgets while maximizing ROI and ROAS .

✔ Strong understanding of audience targeting, remarketing, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and digital marketing reporting tools.

✔ Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

✔ Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills with a results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize multi-platform digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and online sales. Key Responsibilities Multi-Platform Paid Advertising

✔ Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube .

✔ Build, optimize, and manage Meta Ads using Business Manager, including campaign structure, audience targeting, creatives, and budget allocation.

✔ Conduct regular A/B testing to improve campaign performance and maximize return on investment (ROI). Strategy & Campaign Planning

✔ Develop digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, sales targets, and brand positioning.

✔ Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, promotional offers, product launches, and marketing initiatives.

✔ Coordinate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing advertising creatives for fashion and lifestyle audiences. Performance Tracking & Reporting

✔ Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, CPM, and Conversion Rate .

✔ Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Business Suite, Google Search Console , and other analytics tools. Audience Research & Targeting

✔ Research, build, and optimize Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and Remarketing Campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.

✔ Configure and maintain Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking for accurate performance measurement. E-Commerce & Conversion Optimization

✔ Optimize the complete customer journey and sales funnel to improve conversion rates.

✔ Manage Google Shopping , Dynamic Product Ads (DPA), and other e-commerce advertising campaigns.

✔ Collaborate with the web development team to improve landing pages, product pages, and checkout experiences. Brand Growth & Budget Management

✔ Increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition through strategic paid marketing initiatives.

✔ Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital advertising channels.

✔ Manage advertising budgets efficiently and continuously optimize campaigns to reduce CPA, maximize ROAS, and improve overall campaign performance.

✔ Perform any other digital marketing responsibilities assigned by management.
