Marketing And Sales Officer

Chachi’s Chawk is looking for an experienced and energetic Marketing Officer to handle and support the company’s marketing, branding, digital marketing, corporate sales, catering business, and retail sales activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a creative mindset, a strong understanding of marketing and sales, and the ability to build relationships with corporate clients and customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support day-to-day marketing and branding activities.
• Plan and execute digital marketing activities across social media and other relevant platforms.
• Manage and coordinate social media content, promotions, campaigns, and online brand presence.
• Assist in developing digital campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and potential customers.
• Generate and follow up on corporate orders and catering enquiries.
• Identify new corporate and catering business opportunities.
• Support retail sales activities and work toward achieving sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of corporate and catering orders.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and other marketing materials when required.
• Follow up with leads, enquiries, and potential clients.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitors, customer preferences, and market trends.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure strong customer relationships.
• Track and evaluate marketing and digital campaign performance and provide basic reports to management.
• Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.
• Perform other marketing-related responsibilities assigned by management.
