Manager/Senior Manager: B2B Sales+Govt Tender (VRF/HVAC/Chiller)- RISL

To lead and drive the B2B Sales function for VRF, HVAC and Chiller solutions, managing a lean functional team while developing new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and achieving the organization’s revenue, profitability and business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the B2B Sales team to achieve assigned sales, revenue and profitability targets.
• Develop business opportunities for VRF, HVAC, Chiller and related engineering solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, developers, consultants, contractors and institutional customers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, proposal and negotiation to order closing.
• Identify and develop Government / Public Sector tender opportunities and maintain the tender pipeline.
• Coordinate tender document review, technical-commercial inputs, bid preparation, submission, clarification and follow-up.
• Monitor sales pipeline, project progress, collection, market trends and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with Technical, Project, SCM, Finance and Service teams for smooth execution.
• Lead, coach and develop the team while ensuring individual and organizational KPIs are achieved.
• Handle key accounts and strategic projects and contribute to long-term business growth.
