We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Assistant Manager / Manager – Sales & Marketing to join our growing real estate development team.

We are particularly looking for professionals with proven experience in residential apartment/flat sales in Dhaka and a strong understanding of the local property market.

Real estate industry experience is mandatory

• Proven experience in residential apartment/flat sales
• Experience in the Dhaka residential property market is required
• Experience in Uttara, Jolshiri, Bashundhara, or other premium residential areas will be highly preferred
• Candidates with a proven record of achieving sales targets and closing property deals will be given preference

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in BBA, Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline
• MBA in Marketing will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
• Generate and convert qualified leads through personal networks, referrals, digital platforms, and other channels
• Handle prospective buyers from initial inquiry through site visit, negotiation, booking, and closing
• Conduct project presentations and explain apartment features, floor plans, pricing, payment plans, and other project details
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Follow up regularly with leads and maintain an effective sales pipeline
• Negotiate with clients and handle sales objections professionally
• Monitor market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and customer preferences
• Maintain accurate customer databases, sales records, and reports
• Coordinate with management and project/site teams to provide clients with updated project information
• Support online and digital marketing activities for lead generation
• Guide and supervise sales team members and monitor their performance
• Prepare regular sales performance reports for management
• Perform other responsibilities assigned by the Management

• Ability to manage multiple clients and sales leads effectively
• Strong follow-up and conversion skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Good knowledge of MS Office and online communication platforms
• Professional, confident, and presentable
