• Direct Sales & Partner Acquisition: Personal ownership of end-to-end B2B sales, prospecting, pitching, and contract closing to bring high-performing local and international restaurant brands into GFS cloud kitchens.
• Stall Occupancy & Pipeline Optimization: Build and aggressively manage a robust sales pipeline to secure anchor tenants and maintain high stall occupancy rates across operational and upcoming kitchen sites.
• Commercial Pitching & Negotiation: Present the GFS value proposition to target vendors. Negotiate commercial terms, including fixed monthly stall rents, lease durations, and incremental commission structures.
• Seamless Vendor Onboarding: Lead the post-sign-up onboarding phase to ensure target brands transition efficiently from contract signing to going live. Work directly with partners to collect required documentation, coordinate operational readiness, and ensure quick time-to-market.
• Cross-Functional Handover & Alignment: Collaborate closely with local kitchen operations, marketing, and facilities management to hand off fully onboarded vendors, ensuring clear operational alignment before launch.
• Lean Resource Management: Oversee, coach, and direct sales/BD resource while keeping strong personal responsibility for individual acquisition quotas.
• Market Intelligence: Continuously map Bangladesh’s restaurant landscape, tracking competitor activity, emerging culinary trends, and high-demand zones to target high-potential vendor categories.
