Manager, Sales and Marketing

Dynasty Food & Beverage Industries is one of the leading bottled potable water manufacturing companies in Bangladesh (featuring products such as Black Water, Alkaline Water, Natural Mineral Water, and Drinking Water). We are looking for a dedicated, hardworking, self-driven, and goal-congruent individual to lead the marketing and sales of our popular brands SAKURA and SAMURAI at different locations in Dhaka.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Promotion & Sales Growth: Drive regular sales of Black Water, Alkaline Water, Natural Mineral Water, and Packaged Drinking Water under the brand names SAKURA and SAMURAI, along with other products for the exponential growth of the company.
• Distribution Network Expansion: Ensure the opening of new dealer points, retailers, and corporate clients, and plan for area demarcation.
• Repeat Sales: Ensure repeat sales of stocks across dealer points, retailers, corporate accounts, and all other clients.
• Market Visits & Competitor Analysis: Visit outlets as per regular market visit plans and collect market intelligence regarding competitive brands and their consumer programs.
• Product Display & Hygiene: Ensure that retailers manage product display and hygiene issues with utmost care.
• Product Management: Inform the respective authority of non-saleable, damaged, and short-dated products for necessary corrective actions.
• On-the-Job Training (OJT): Conduct regular OJT to keep dealers and retailers updated on product knowledge, promotional activities, and upcoming products.
• Reporting & Administration: Create and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, compile customer feedback, and handle party balance communications and reconciliations.
• Meetings & Documentation: Arrange and coordinate weekly/monthly sales meetings and prepare all sales-related internal/external notices, letters, notes, messages, and meeting minutes in a timely manner.
• Analytical Reports: Prepare various analytical reports (staff-wise monthly sales targets, achievements, activity reports, and KPI reports) daily, weekly, and monthly as required by the Line Head.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities whenever assigned by superiors.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s & Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline from a recognized university.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing.
• Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Consumer Products, Distribution, or a related industry will be preferred.
