Manager - Direct Sales

eduaid is looking for an experienced, commercially driven and target-focused Manager - Direct Sales to generate new business, acquire high-value clients and drive sales growth through proactive prospecting, direct client engagement and relationship-based selling.

This is a senior, hands-on B2C sales role for professionals with a proven track record in direct sales, client acquisition, high-value selling and target achievement.

The successful candidate should be confident identifying potential clients independently, conducting face-to-face meetings, understanding customer requirements, managing a sales pipeline, negotiating effectively and converting qualified prospects into clients.

Candidates with experience selling to affluent, premium or high-net-worth individual clients will be strongly preferred.

• Generate new business through direct prospecting, field visits, referrals, networking and face-to-face client engagement.
• Independently identify, approach and qualify prospective clients.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
• Conduct professional client meetings, consultations and needs assessments.
• Present eduaid's services clearly and persuasively based on individual client requirements.
• Develop strong and trusted relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Manage prospects throughout the sales process, from initial contact through follow-up, negotiation and conversion.
• Handle client questions, concerns and objections professionally.
• Negotiate effectively and close qualified sales opportunities.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and client acquisition targets.
• Maintain consistent follow-up across active prospects and opportunities.
• Develop new business opportunities rather than relying primarily on inbound leads.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, client interactions, follow-ups and sales activities.
• Monitor pipeline performance and conversion opportunities.
• Provide management with insights on customer behaviour, market opportunities and competitor activity.
• Coordinate with internal consultancy and support teams to ensure smooth client handover and service delivery.
• Guide and support junior sales team members where required.
• Represent eduaid professionally during all client-facing activities.
